Load a song as mp3 or MIDI into bbMP, search the web for the lyrics and copy them to bbMP. Then you can synchronize the lyrics with the music. When you play the song, the sang lyrics will be colored in (karaoke). Or you can assign PDF with sheets to the song and synchronize the page turn.

With the Backing Band Music Practice (bbMP) app you can organize the online content. For each song you want to learn, you can summarize all online content like Youtube tutorials, MIDI files, song lyrics, MP3s, PDFs.

In the Youtube tutorials, excellent teachers usually present a song. There is a presentation of the song, then some general information about the song. Usually there are then detailed exercises for the individual passages of the song such as intro, verse, chorus, etc.. Finally, there is often a sing-along. With the bbMP app you can set timestamps for these sections yourself and then jump specifically to these sections and only play them.

We use the app ourselves to learn ukulele. We find the app supports very well, you dont have to keep scrolling back and forth on Youtube videos to find the right position in a tutorial. When using the app, we always find ways to improve the app.
